Custom Moulding Profiles

Match an existing profile or create something entirely new. Baseboard, casing, crown, chair rail, panel mould — any profile geometry.

Historic Profile Replication

Restoration and renovation projects need exact matches. Send us a sample or drawing and we'll replicate the original profile.

Custom Trim & Casing

Interior and exterior trim milled to your exact dimensions. Standard or non-standard widths and thicknesses.

Decorative Beam Work

Hand-hewn look, box beams, and decorative timber profiles. Cedar, pine, hardwoods — finished to specification.

Timber Re-Manufacturing

Surfacing timbers, S4S boards and timbers, custom decking, siding, and more.

Cedar & Hardwood Milling

Custom milling in cedar, pine, poplar, oak, maple, cherry, and birch. Tongue-and-groove, shiplap, and specialty profiles.

Siding & Exterior Profiles

Custom siding profiles including clapboard, channel rustic, board-and-batten, and novelty patterns in any available species.

Featured Capability

Timber Re-Manufacturing

We re-work existing timbers for repairs, reuse, restoration work, and custom fit applications.

If you have heavy stock that needs to be resized, cleaned up, straightened, or brought to a new profile, we can look at the material and talk through what is realistic.

  • Resize timbers to new dimensions
  • Clean up weathered or rough material
  • Rework pieces for restoration and repair projects
  • Help evaluate whether existing stock can be reused

Finished Work

Millwork That Shows Up in the Final Space

The work coming out of the mill shop ends up in finished rooms, exposed beams, wall and ceiling boards, trim packages, and custom details that need to look right when the project is done.

We help contractors, homeowners, and restoration projects get pieces that fit the design instead of settling for the closest stock option.

  • Custom trim and casing packages
  • Tongue-and-groove wall and ceiling boards
  • Decorative beams and specialty profiles
  • Interior and exterior finish details made to spec
