Luke Fournier

Operations & Custom Mill Sales

With more than 26 years of experience in nearly every facet of the lumber industry, Luke is one of Haselton Lumber’s most versatile and trusted team members. Over the years, he’s served as operations manager, mill manager, inventory manager, and sales associate, giving him a deep understanding of how every piece of the business fits together.

Known as the go-to guy for special projects and unique builds, Luke thrives on solving complex challenges and finding creative, reliable solutions for customers. Whether he’s helping design a custom mill order, coordinating materials for a one-of-a-kind camp, or sourcing hard-to-find products, Luke approaches every project with patience, precision, and genuine pride in helping others build their vision.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Luke hunting, fishing, or tackling his own building projects. His passion for craftsmanship and the outdoors shines through in every interaction — always willing to lend a hand, share his expertise, and make sure every customer leaves with exactly what they need.

Katie Gitto-Peryea

Inside Sales & Special Orders

With nearly two decades of experience in contractor sales, Katie has built a strong reputation for her product expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer success. Since joining the Haselton team several years ago, she’s become a cornerstone of our inside sales department—known for her friendly approach, deep technical knowledge, and ability to find creative solutions for even the most complex projects.

Katie specializes in engineered floor systems, trusses, Andersen windows and doors, and special-order products, working closely with contractors and homeowners to ensure every detail is handled with precision and care. Her commitment to reliability and personalized service perfectly reflects Haselton Lumber’s core values.

When she’s not helping customers bring their projects to life, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and golfing, traveling to new places, playing darts, and relaxing with her daughter, family, and two dogs.

Melissa Merklinger

Outside Sales

Melissa brings a wealth of hands-on experience to Haselton Lumber’s sales team, working closely with contractors through every phase of their builds to ensure they have the right materials at the right time. Her deep knowledge of roofing products, dimensional and engineered lumber, drywall, ZIP System components, fasteners, and general building materials makes her a trusted resource for professionals across the region.

Known for her friendly, reliable approach, Melissa takes pride in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. When she’s not on a jobsite or assisting customers, you’ll likely find her outdoors—golfing, camping, or hiking—or relaxing at home surrounded by her family and four dogs.

Dylan Pollock

Field Sales

As one of the newest members of Haselton Lumber’s sales team, Dylan brings a strong background in customer service and a hands-on approach to every job. Whether he’s coordinating deliveries, making sure orders get on the right trucks, or visiting jobsites to support contractors in the field, Dylan is committed to keeping projects on track and customers taken care of.

He’s quickly become known for his friendly attitude and eagerness to learn the ins and outs of the building trade. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time outdoors—rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, camping—and relaxing with family. Always up for an Adirondack adventure, he’s excited to keep building relationships with customers across the region
